Over the weekend, Bureau, Putnam, Marshall County Health Department reported 17 new cases of COVID. In Bureau County, 13 new cases were reported. In Marshall County, three new cases were reported. In Putnam County, one new case was reported.

In Bureau County, cases include one male child, two teenage females, three males in their 30s, one female in her 40, three males in their 50s, a female in her 50s and two females in their 60s.

In Marshall County, cases include one female child, one female in her 30s and one male in his 30s.

In Putnam County, a male in his 20s.

All individuals are recovering at home.

There have now been 171 confirmed cases of COVID in the three-county region. Bureau County has had 141 cases; Putnam County has had nine cases; and Marshall County has had 21 cases.

There have been two COVID-related deaths reported in Bureau County since the outbreak.

ZIP code areas with six or more cases in Bureau County are: Princeton, 35 confirmed cases out of 1,463 tests; Spring Valley, 47 cases out of 1,033 tests; Buda, six cases out of 78 tests; DePue, 26 cases out of 123 tests and Ladd, seven cases out of 121 tests.

In Putnam County: Granville, six cases out of 150 tests.

In Marshall County: Henry, nine cases out of 342 tests.

In total, 4,033 Bureau County residents; 453 Putnam County residents; and 1,495 Marshall County residents have been tested for COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic.
