Many of Illinois Valley Community College’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs such as industrial maintenance, emergency medical services and electronics will meet face-to-face and online when fall classes begin Friday, Aug. 14.

“Individuals interested in learning a new skill or changing careers through one of our technical programs can be assured that many of our courses will still be meeting safely in small groups,” said Dean of Workforce Development Shane Lange in a press statement.

CTE programs include cybersecurity, business technology, welding, dental assisting, CAD, electronics, computer networking, manufacturing, HVAC, industrial maintenance, automotive technology, electricity, electronics, EMS and therapeutic massage, among others.

For information on fall CTE offerings, call Lange at (815) 224-0233.
