PRINCETON — Despite the business disruption and shifting needs for COVID-19 preparation, the Perry Memorial Hospital Board, along with city of Princeton representatives and OSF HealthCare officials have been conducting ongoing due diligence discussions.

The teams are working through the diligence process with information sharing and coordination to ensure all areas of inquiry are covered. Under consideration are industry trends and regulatory changes. The Perry board members and the city of Princeton are being practical and thoughtful as they evaluate the facts presented and consider the long-term benefits of an OSF HealthCare affiliation.

The Perry Board and the city of Princeton team members view the OSF HealthCare affiliation as an opportunity to modernize and transform local health care delivery for the next generation. The due diligence process may take up to nine months. Updates will be provided as they become available.
