The art of the snowfall

Snow, ice and cold have a transformative effect on objects living and inanimate. Sunday’s snowfall coated tree branches at Soldiers and Sailors Park in Princeton, along with the soldiers and sailors statues perched on the famed monument. Nearby, at the old Matson Public Library building, an interesting array of icicles formed. The woods west of Princeton offered minimal shelter for two deer, who found themselves increasingly covered by snowflakes, although they didn’t seem to mind.
