Can you spare a little time, help?

The Closet on North Main Street in Princeton is reaching out to the community for volunteers. Started nearly 50 years ago, The Closet provides clothing and household items at greatly reduced prices. All monies, after expenses, are gifted to local organizations and charities. Each year well over $100,000 is distributed to them.

Help is needed for sorting donations, cashiering, bagging and resupplying the racks with clothes and other goods. Some heavier lifting is needed and also handyman skills are needed too. Men and women of all ages are welcome and encouraged to give a few hours to help lighten the load carried by dedicated volunteers. Giving a half a day a week, bi-weekly, or even monthly would be very much appreciated.

Stop in and visit and see if you might enjoy assisting our enthusiastic crew for the benefit of others.

“Help one another. There’s no time like the present, and no present like the time.” — James Durst
